Her unofficial duties include reading a single self-help book in 2019 and now considering herself a workplace therapist, scheduling “vibe checks” on the team at random, and turning every disagreement between two co-workers into an unsolicited couples-therapy session.
She is a firm believer that productivity skyrockets when everybody in the office is having a great day — and she takes that belief personally. If you have a deadline, Brittany will bring you a snack. If you have a complaint, Brittany will listen. If you are Todd, Brittany will tell you to take a walk — and honestly, you probably should.
